About
How we work, and how we intend to make money
This niche is full of operators who are vague about exactly this. So here it is plainly, including the parts that are still unfinished.
Who runs this site
CryptoLawyer.com is operated by Apogee Intelligence LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We are not a law firm, we do not employ attorneys, and nothing on this site is legal advice.
What the assessment actually is
When you complete the intake form, your answers are sent to a large language model with a detailed instruction set, and it returns a structured assessment: the pattern your situation most closely matches, an honest view of the odds, a prioritised list of actions, an evidence checklist, official reporting channels, and a view on whether an attorney would help.
It is software. It is well-constructed software with strict rules — it is instructed never to promise recovery, never to invent statistics or legal citations, never to name a specific firm, and to tell you plainly when a lawyer is not worth your money — but it can still be wrong, and it does not know facts about your case that you did not type in. Treat it as a well-informed starting point, not a verdict.
What it costs you: nothing
The assessment is free. There is no paid tier, no upsell, no "premium review", and no payment page anywhere on this site. We will never charge you a fee to recover funds — that structure is the defining feature of the recovery-scam industry and we will not go near it.
How we intend to earn, eventually
We are building a network of vetted attorneys who take crypto fraud and dispute matters. The intended model is that participating firms pay us when we send them a matter that fits their practice — the same way legal directories and lead services have operated for decades, and subject to the professional-conduct rules of each state.
Where we actually are today
We do not yet have attorney partners. We are not going to pretend otherwise while we build them. Right now the site earns nothing, the assessment is the entire product, and if you leave your email we will contact you only when we can make an introduction that genuinely fits your situation — not to sell you something.
If and when a firm does pay us for an introduction, that will be disclosed to you before any introduction is made. You will never be charged, and a paying relationship will never change what the assessment tells you.
What happens to what you tell us
Your submission is stored so we can follow up if you ask us to, and so we can see which kinds of cases the tool handles well. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to a call centre or a lead broker. You can ask us to delete your submission — see the privacy page for how.
Please do not send us your seed phrase, private keys, passwords, or any credential. There is no situation in which we need them, and no legitimate service will ever ask.
Our four commitments
- We never charge a fee to recover funds — not upfront, not on success.
- We never ask for wallet access, keys, or seed phrases.
- We never promise recovery. Where the honest answer is that your money is likely gone, we will say so.
- We never publish fabricated testimonials, invented case outcomes, or fake partner logos. If you see any on this site, we have broken our own rule — tell us.
Getting in touch
Questions, corrections, or a request to delete your data: help@cryptolawyer.com. If you have a reference number from an assessment, include it.
Not legal advice. CryptoLawyer.com is an information service operated by Apogee Intelligence LLC. It is not a law firm, does not practice law, and no attorney–client relationship is created by using this site. Assessments are generated by software and are a starting point for your own research, not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
