CryptoLawyer.com is operated by Apogee Intelligence LLC. This page describes what we collect and what we do with it, in plain terms.
What we collect
- What you type into the assessment form — the categories you select and your written description of what happened.
- Your email address, only if you choose to give it at the end of the assessment.
- Basic technical information — your browser user agent, and privacy-friendly aggregate analytics about page visits. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.
Please never send us these
Seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or any other credential. We never need them, and no legitimate service will ever ask you for them. If you have already shared a seed phrase with anyone, move any remaining funds to a new wallet immediately.
Who processes it
To produce your assessment, the content of your submission is sent to Anthropic's API, which generates the analysis. Submissions are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and the site is served by Vercel. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to lead brokers, call centres, or advertisers.
If we later introduce you to an attorney, we will tell you before sharing anything with that firm, and only share what is relevant to your matter.
How long we keep it
Submissions are retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up if you asked us to and improve how the tool handles different case types, then deleted. You can ask for deletion at any time before that.
Your choices
Email privacy@cryptolawyer.com to request a copy of your submission or have it deleted. Include your reference number if you have one — it makes finding your record much faster. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, such as California or the EU/UK, those rights apply and this address is where to exercise them.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Analytics are aggregate and do not identify you individually.
